Struggling in your MLM? Learn How to Conquer the Internet

You recently signed up with ABC company and you were so excited about all the money you were going to make. You've followed the standard MLM marketing strategy of talking to all of your friends and relatives and now you have don't have anyone else to share your opportunity with. Or maybe the three-foot rule (tell everyone who comes within 3 feet of you about your opportunity or product) just does not mesh with your personality. Or maybe this is the umpteenth business that you've joined and your just shake their heads when you tell them about this Next Big Thing. Or you purchased leads online, but they aren't interested. Some of them insist that they never expressed an interest in making extra money and resent you calling them. So how are you going to build a six-figure residual income in this kind of environment? What ever you do, don't give up. There is hope. There is another way. You can leverage the power of the internet to build a huge business. Is it going to be easy?? No, probably not. In spite of the rumors to the contrary, there is no silver bullet. This isn't get rich quick. You will have to work hard and it will take a while, and you may have to invest in some tools and yourself in order to make it to the big time. But it can be done. Have you ever known someone who joined XYZ company, tried it for 2-3 months, and made the determination that "XYZ" does not work and quit? But it wasn't XYZ company that quit on the distributor, the distributor quit on XYZ. Therefore XYZ didn't fail, the distributor did. XYZ is still in business, still raking in millions a year. And the distributor runs over to ABC company or the new NBT, the repeats the same cycle. That said, it hardly matters what the company is or what the product is. . What matters is if you are willing to put in the time it takes to LEARN how to market your company, your product, and mostly YOURSELF. Yes, it's true. You have to market yourself. You have to present yourself to your prospects as someone who can help the prospect get what the PROSPECT WANTS, not what you want. In other words, 9 times out of 10, people don't join companies, they join people! So how do you market yourself, you ask? How do you make them want to join YOU? That's where the system comes in.
One of the problems with the Network Marketing industry, is that the companies do not teach you HOW to market their product or opportunity. They don't really care how you market, as long as you're not getting them in any legal hot water. Thanks to you and fellow marketers, they no longer have an marketing or advertising budget per se. They don't have to kick out the big bucks to the MBA's and advertising execs. Those type of people have years of education and experience in marketing. So you're probably not gonna figure it out how to effectively market your first month in the business. The thing to do then is partner with someone who knows what they are doing and has the results to prove it, and listen and learn.
