Samsung U900 Soul

By: AndrewLeech

The flagship model for Samsung's mobile phone line-up for 2008 is the Soul SGH-U900 & my word it's one hell of a handset !

Samsung are renowned for their superb build quality and reliability for their devices & the U900 is certainly no exception. From the ultra smooth slide mechanism to the cool "magic touch" display - you know from the outset that it's a winner.

As you would expect for a premium mobile the U900 is made entirely from metal and features 2 displays. The large one for viewing information etc and a smaller one which features "magic touch". Navigation indicators on the keypad of the phone change according to the user's needs, making navigation of the menus simple, intuitive and direct. The navigation panel's icons change according to function, so if you're in the music function the keys will represent forwards, backwards and pause etc - How cool is that ?

The Samsung U900 also boasts a 5 megapixel camera which is more capable than most general users may ever need. Features such as face detection, image stabiliser and wide dynamic range (WDR), which are incredibly up-to-date features for even today's digital cameras. Auto-focus, 4x zoom and an LED flash are also included.

As the SGH-U900 is a 3g phone, you can enjoy the benefits of super-fast internet access through the 7.2 mbps HSDPA browser and share images or video taken with the phone. You can also download songs at a faster speed compared to average 3G networks too which is cool. Another striking feature of this Samsung mobile phone is the awesome digital power amplifier by ICEpower technology by Bang & Olufsen.

The Samsung U900 Soul mobile phone will be available in the UK around May/June of 2008 and can be bought either Sim Free or on a network at The Order
