Sleep apnea can cause bed wetting in adults. Depending on the severity of the apnea and how soundly the grownup sleeps, bed wetting can occur, as the body is too soundly sleeping to respond to the bladder’s warnings.

Sleep apnea can be very dangerous. If you put up with it and you are wetting the bed, it's likely that there are further underlying issues that must be dealt with. Generally, nocturnal enuresis (a.k.a. nocturnal enuresis) in grownups is caused from liver or kidney malfunction and a series of severe problems. For this reason, one needs to go to the physician at once if they start wetting the bed. The typical guy with sleep apnea will not suffer through bed wetting.

If you do have sleep apnea and nocturnal enuresis, there are a number of things you can do to help yourself. Employing the same strategies that parents use for nocturnal enuresis children can improve the situation. As sleep apnea influences the sleep cycles directly, breaking the habit of your existing sleep cycle can deter the bed wetting. By waking up when you wet the bed, it's possible to retrain your body to correctly awaken when you must urinate.

Constant bet wetters find it helpful to set an alarm clock for a little before the time they would normally urinate in their sleep. Doing this makes it possible for them to wake up and go to the toilet. If you have sleep apnea and wet the bed, think about cutting off any consumption of fluids a couple of hours before bedtime. Doing so may eradicate the urge to urinate in the overnight hours.

If the issue still causes you problems, the physician may give some medicines to help you get a relief. There are lots of medicines that could effectively check the amount of urine that our body creates. But the so called medications can't form an ultimate answer to your problems and may also cause severe side effects to you as well.
